Born and raised in East Los Angeles, he is a proud U.S. Army veteran. He has been married for 48 years and is the devoted father of three adult children, grandfather to six, and great-grandfather to one.

He attended Shepard School at Calvary Chapel Golden Springs, where he deepened his faith and commitment to ministry. Today, along with leading Calvary Chapel Baldwin Park, he continues to serve as a Chaplain for the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station, offering spiritual support and guidance to both law enforcement personnel and the community.

Born in El Paso, Texas, she moved to California at the age of five. A dedicated wife to Gilbert Miranda, she leads the Women’s Ministry at Calvary Chapel Baldwin. Passionate about encouraging and equipping women in their walk with Christ, her heart for ministry is rooted in faith, family, and a lifelong commitment to serving others.

Jesse has been serving on the worship team since 2009, starting as a bass player with a focus on supporting the worship leader. Over the years, he has developed a strong emphasis on sound, technology, and music. Since 2018, Jesse has overseen the Worship and Media Arts Ministry, ensuring excellence in both worship and technical production

Anthony and Adriana are devoted to children’s ministry, caring deeply for each child and fostering an environment where they can grow, thrive, and build a strong foundation in Jesus. Their passion and dedication help guide children to discover God’s love and develop spiritually in a nurturing and supportive community

Gilbert and Natalie Galaz have been leading the Usher and Greeter ministry since 2021. Their joy in welcoming others is a genuine reflection of their gratitude for all that God has done in their lives. They reside in El Monte with their daughter Abigail.

Donald Wright serves as the Ministry Support Leader at Calvary Chapel Baldwin Park, playing a vital role behind the scenes and across all areas of ministry. His servant’s heart is evident in the many ways he supports the church family, whether organizing ministry efforts, leading servant devotions, preparing communion, or stepping in wherever help is needed. Faithful, humble, and dependable, he is a true example of Christlike service in action.

Carlos and Jennie love bringing children and families together through fun events like picnics, outings, and bowling nights. They are passionate about creating opportunities for fellowship, friendship, and joyful experiences that help everyone grow closer to each other and to God
